All active site listings are submitted directly by registered brokers with verified contact information. Listing data is not independently verified but brokers agree to accuracy standards in our Terms of Service.
Power availability data is drawn from broker submissions supplemented by publicly available EIA (Energy Information Administration) utility capacity data and FERC interconnection queue filings.
Fiber route and carrier presence data references open-source infrastructure datasets including OpenStreetMap (OSM) network data and public carrier filings.
AI campus pipeline data, market reports, and development signals are compiled from publicly available project filings, news sources, and broker-provided market intelligence.
AI scores (0–100) are calculated automatically using a heuristic model based on power capacity, power status, substation proximity, fiber availability, and cooling type. Scores are for comparison purposes only.
