1. Platform Purpose

GridList is a marketplace and intelligence platform for AI-ready data center infrastructure. It connects brokers representing available sites with institutional investors and developers seeking AI infrastructure.

2. Broker Listings

Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information submitted. GridList reserves the right to remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or prohibited content.

3. Investor Access

Investor portal access is provided for professional due diligence purposes. Redistribution of listing content without broker permission is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses

Submitting false or fraudulent listings
Scraping or bulk-downloading listing data without permission
Using the platform for spam, solicitation, or harassment
Attempting to circumvent anti-spam or rate-limiting systems

5. Fees and Payments

Membership and listing fees are as described on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment processing may require additional setup.

6. Limitation of Liability

GridList is not liable for transactions between brokers and investors, for listing inaccuracies, or for any damages arising from use of the platform. See our Disclaimer.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
